A: Our pricing structure is based on 9.9% of the actual cost to employ your candidate. This includes comprehensive coverage, such as workers’ compensation, general liability, Social Security, FICA, and unemployment insurance. Unlike many other staffing agencies that impose markups of up to 150% and additional buyout fees if you decide to hire the employee, our model is designed to offer greater transparency and cost efficiency. Our services are particularly well-suited for employers with extensive onboarding processes, such as hospitals, medical centers, independent and assisted living facilities, as well as large corporations.
